A traditional village house situated close to the centre of Cortes  in a beautifully stone paved street & only a short stroll to a peaceful park area
This house was updated & altered a few years ago the windows are double glazed, ceiling fans & teracotta floors throughout
  
The current owners are enthusiastic hikers & use the house as a base  for walking the surrounding National Parks

Ground Floor - Entrance door to a passage - passing through a room which could provide storage space/entrance lobby or office with a staircase leading up to the kitchen

To the right of the entrance door there is a guest bedroom with an en-suite shower room

First Floor - Kitchen/dining area with traditional style units & granite work surface, french windows & juliete balcony give an airy feel to the room

The main bedroom with en-suite shower room is on this 1st floor

Second Floor - The lounge is situated on the top floor with french windows from which to enjoy the views over Cortes towards the church steeple,
the bullring & Sierra Grazelema National Park. A spacious terrace has a mosaic wall depicting the view of Cortes!

& always feels alive with a mix of old & young people
with a good school, outdoor pool, recreational facilities
the normal shops such as baker, fish, chemist, butcher etc
bars, restaurants, banks & 24 hour health clinic

The Industrial estate has Tyre Fitter, Builders Merchant, Printer,
Paint Supplies, Electricion, Animal/Garden Supplies etc

20 minutes to Gaucin - 30 minutes to Ronda
50 minutes to the coast - 1 hour 50 minutes Malaga
