Beautiful two bedrooms apartment at the ground floor in a beautiful “casale” (ancient Tuscan farmhouse) in the heart of Tuscany. the complex consists of 7 apartments and this one is the most independent. The entrance is located on the west side of the building and overlooks Pienza in the North side. The apartment has a large garden on two side (394 sq m) that offers a stunning panoramic view upon the beautiful countryside of Val d’Orcia.

The large living-dining room (23,75 sq m) is located right after the entrance. It has a separate kitchenette (11.03sq m) that has also a court. An hallway separates the living area from the rest of the apartment, which consists of a master bedroom, a single room and two bathrooms. The apartment has a total size of about 97 sq m.
