The resort is a new concept in building development, unique in the landscape of the Alta Badia and Dolomites area. There are plans to build one and two-family chalets, to be built according to the buyer’s specifications. The final result will be a residential complex of the highest prestige, comprising luxury mountain homes, in one of the most exclusive mountain ski resorts, with state-of-the-art machinery and over 500 km of interconnected pistes.
The buildings are planned to measure between 167 and 409 sq.m in total, with elegant, ergonomic living spaces, the latest appliances and private outdoor areas.
The resort has been designed respecting the typical style of Alta Badia, but with a contemporary touch and state-of-the art materials, achieving an excellent energy efficiency rating (Klimahaus “A”).
The buyer will also be able to see examples of internal finishings, of which we will produce a few prototypes.
The location offers a unique view of the surrounding scenery: from the Sasso Croce to the Conturines mountains, with the Gran Risa piste, featured in the Alpine Ski world cup, in the foreground.
All the chalets will benefit from private outdoor spaces (balconies, terraces or gardens). All the units will also have garages and basement areas which will provide direct access to the inside of the chalet.
The resort is a building complex unique in Alta Badia. The completely separate residences and proximity to the shops and amenities in the village make them ideal as a luxury mountain home for exclusive weekends in the snow, or as a holiday rental, thanks to the area’s popularity with tourists.
