This unique property is judiciously placed on a 51-hectare park.
It comprises 4 wings forming in its centre a divine enclosed courtyard, rare in this type of property. This courtyard recounts an older moment in history, the property was located on one of the last folds of a glacial moraine, adjoining the former glacier of the Massif Central, the pebbles present throughout this courtyard are the trace of this past.
- The south wing dating from the beginning of the 18th century, a living area of approx. 250 m2 (2,691 sq ft) comprises a ground floor, a study and a stairway leading up to the 1st floor. The landing leads, on one side, to a large 39 m2 living room, a first 25 m2 suite and, on the other, a kitchen leading to two other bedrooms. The second floor offers a large space of 43 m2, a 21 m2 workshop and a 35 m2 suite. From each window, an incredible and panoramic view over the surrounding countryside, the park and the swimming pool as well as the large neighbouring mountain ranges. Large cellars on the ground floor.
- The east wing, also dating from the 18th century, offers a guest house (115 m2) benefiting from the same splendid views. Entirely this guest part offers a large living room with kitchen and dining room, a lounge, 2 bedrooms of beautiful dimensions and a large bathroom (13 m2). Upstairs, there are rooms to be converted and restored so a superb dovecote.
- The north wing is the oldest part, the ground floor part of which dates from the 15th century and is composed of large communicating cellars. On the first floor of this wing, a huge 90 m2 (946 sq ft) silkworm nursery with a single high ceiling.
- The west wing dates from the late 18th and early 19th centuries and was built for rearing silkworms. A large 100 m2 (1,076 sq ft) silkworm nursery is accessible from the barn in the north wing. From the park and the property, the views are all different and, on fine days, you can see more than 250 km (250 miles) away. The Mont Bouquet, the Mont Ventoux, the Ecrins massif and the different mountains are visible from the property.
The 51-hectare park offers numerous areas, woods, meadows, ponds and fallow orchards.
The architectural elements are authentic. The rooms are spacious. A large part is to be renovated, refurbished, approx. 843 m2 (843 sq ft) in total, with open-plan rooms, dovecote, barns and silkworm farms. Numerous layouts are possible in this historic property.
To the south of the property and creating a terrace to contemplate the panoramic view, the swimming pool area is shaded under major trees. Swimming pool 10 x 4.5 m, pool house (30 m2) with summer kitchen and summer bathroom.
