Inserted in a reference condominium with premium location (central and near the river) gifted with excellent common areas such as swimming pool and solarium areas on top of the buildings, this apartment constitutes an excelent investment opportunity.

Highlighting the entry hall, with WC, a wide living room (36sqm) with access to a balcony which also leads to the kitchen with a pantry and one of the suites. All rooms and its hallway have closets. Two of the four bedrooms are suites and the other two are serviced by a separate bathroom. It has a great storage room (with ventilation) and a closed box for two cars.
The EXPO ’98 caused a high scale development in the area we now call ‘Parque das Nações’ (Nations Park). All this area is in a project of urban and environmental requalification (modernization and internationalization) of Lisbon city and Tagus river. It was brought to life a new town in the midst of the capital. At the begining, it was necessary to plan EXPO’s conception to reconvert and requalification the public space and the buildings including urban support (equipment, services and infrastructures, accessibility and transports, residential areas, parking, green spaces). Posteriorly, it became a center of activities with many cultural/sports institutions and a pole of events that project it’s innovative identity.
The Nations Park has good accesses for it’s located in a confluence of major highways, which gives it a fabulous centrality benefiting of infrastructures such as CRIL (Lisbon’s Regional and Interior Course, also known as IC17 or A36), Vasco da Gama’s bridge, North/South Axis (motorway that connects many of the primary routes of the city between each other and two bridges), and the Orient Station (more than buses, you also have train and subway) which allows to meet the residents and professionals’ necessities.
It has all the support services such as commerce and restaurants, recreational spaces or sports infrastructures, a hospital, schools and other complementary services like Lisbon’s International Airport in a 10 minutes’ car ride.
A walk in the river side promenade may provide good moments by day or night. Under the Sun, you may enjoy the magnificent river view and, by night, delight yourself with a delicious meal served by some of the best restaurants of the city or, simply have a drink with your friends in one of the many riverside bars.
The ‘Passeio dos Heróis do Mar’ garden it’s a wide green area (with about 80 hectares) with a playground and benches with river view. In the far part of the park there’s a gym with a Tennis School and with a soccer field. Closer to the apartment, you have a luxury health club called Holmes Place (600m) and, in case your PT’s workout takes a toll on you, why not go to ‘CUF Descobertas’ Hospital and book an appointment of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (amongst many other specialties).
In the matter of education, you have a school around the corner (with Kindergarten, Elementary School and Junior High), the Lisbon College of Health Technology and The Lisbon School of Design (750m).
It’s a new town with big architectural ventures, such as Portugal’s Pavilion (portuguese architect Álvaro Siza Vieira), Atlantic Pavilion (now called MEO Arena with music concerts and other events), the Oceanarium (one of the largest aquariums of the world), the Camões theatre, the Vasco da Gama Tower (Portugal’s highest building) and Orient Station (spanish architect Santiago Calatrava). Nations’ Park also possesses many artistic interventions like the “volcanoes” from Wet Design/Risco and the multiple gardens spread all over the place which help to characterize this modern side of the city of Lisbon.
There are other urban anchors that attract the population over the year including a Shopping Center, the International Fair of Lisbon (FIL) with multiple fairs, congresses and events, the Knowledge Pavilion which consists of a science/technology museum with interactive expositions and, which was nominated as one of the world tourists’ favorite spots of 2014, a cable car that goes from the Oceanarium until FIL, Lisbon’s Casino with entertainment performances besides the traditional gaming tables and slot machines, the Lisbon Marina that has classes of Canoeing, Sailing, Windsurf and Stand Up Paddle, river trips, organizes events and nautical turism with exploration of the Tagus' Estuary.
