The obligation of the tenants is, in addition to emptying the rooms and the courtyard, to partially restore the state of the places and to dismantle the canopy that stands on public land. The agreement is stipulated as transitional for the duration of one year: the location of the restaurant is not on the premises. No indemnity for goodwill is due.
The municipal administration has never expressed any opinion against the hypothesis that the two upper floors could be used for anything other than residential/storage. The building is in need of renovation but its structure is solid, including the roof, the beams and the beola roofing.
