Argegno nice semi-detached house

The house is part of a small residential complex, it is a small villa of a three-family house, located just above the center of Argegno within a short walk from the main square. It has a nice garden and lake view. It is perfect for holidays home or permanent resident for a small family. There is a garage and private uncovered parking in the garden.

The house

The villetta is arranged on two floors plus the basement. The main entrance opens onto the living area, a bright open space with kitchen and lounge with french doors to the porch for al fresco dinners. At this floor there is a bathroom. The staircase leads to the first floors consisting in two bedrooms with exposed beams and a bathroom of good dimension; this floor has a nice lake view. In the basement there is the garage and a laundry.

The garden

The garden is really nice and enjoyable. Very well kept with beautiful trees and flowers. Totally flat is perfect for children and small pets. The back garden has a car drive gate, so that is possible to park one beside the house. This is very helpful when you have shopping bags and luggage being it at the same floor of the main entrance.

The location

The house is placed in quiet and sunny area just above the center of the village. From here is possible to reach the lake and the main square in few minutes on foot. Argegno has many facilities and amenities such as shops, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, pool and boat station.
